We have been selling IPTV subscriptions since 2020, and we have served more than 50,000 customers in that time. We are based in Dublin, we publish our address, and we price in euro.
That sounds like an odd thing to lead with. It is not. Most of what is sold in this market comes from people with no published price, no trial, no address and no way to reach them next month. If you have been burned before, you already know the pattern.
So we do the opposite of the pattern. Every price is on the pricing page, in euro, with no hidden fees. Every plan is a fixed term that ends by itself, because nothing renews on its own. Everyone starts with a free trial on their own telly and their own broadband, with no card, so you find out whether it works before any money changes hands.
Support is tickets and email, seven days a week. There is no phone number and no WhatsApp, and that is deliberate: everything is written down, so you always have a record of what was said and so does everyone here.
If something goes wrong and we cannot fix it, we refund you. Seven days on the monthly plan, thirty on the longer ones, and after that the months you have not used.
