1 Our position on copyright

IPTVV Ireland respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses this website and this service to do the same.

IPTVV Ireland is a reseller of a third-party streaming service. We do not own, host, upload, encode, record or control any of the media that a subscriber's player application receives, and we do not operate the servers that deliver it. What we sell is access, plus setup help and support in English, seven days a week.

If you believe material accessible through this service infringes a copyright you own or represent, tell us using the procedure below and we will act on it.

2 How to send a notice

Send your notice by email to [email protected] with "Copyright notice" in the subject line. Written notices may also be sent to the postal address at the foot of this page.

So that we can act quickly, please include all of the following: your full name and the name of the rights holder you act for; your contact email, postal address and telephone number; identification of the specific work or works you say are infringed; identification of the specific channel, title or stream complained of, with enough detail for us to locate it; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Incomplete notices slow everything down. If something is missing we will come back to you rather than ignore it.

3 What we do when we receive one

We acknowledge every properly completed notice, normally within two business days.

Because we resell rather than host, our practical remedies are to pass the notice immediately to the upstream provider that supplies the stream, to remove any affected item from our own listings or marketing, and where appropriate to suspend or terminate a subscriber account.

We keep a record of every notice received and of what was done about it.

4 Counter-notice

If your access was suspended or content was removed and you believe that happened in error, or that you hold the rights or a licence, write to [email protected] with "Counter-notice" in the subject line.

Include your name and contact details, identify what was removed or suspended and where it was, and give a statement that you have a good-faith belief the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification. We will pass a valid counter-notice to the original complainant.

5 Repeat infringers

We terminate, without refund, the accounts of subscribers who are the subject of repeated, properly substantiated infringement notices.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who asks us to supply, restore or arrange access to material we have been told is infringing.

6 Trademarks

Device names, platform names and player-app names appear on this website only to describe which hardware and software this service can be set up on. They remain the property of their respective owners.
