Which player app should I use?
The service is not tied to one app. It works with the widely used player applications, and the right one for you depends on what you are watching on.
When you sign up we tell you which app to use for your device, and the login details we send are the ones that app asks for.
The apps themselves are made by other people, not by us. They are generally free or a small one-off cost from your device's own app store.
If your device will not let you install any of them, open a ticket and tell us the exact make and model. There is nearly always a way.

Do I have to pay for the app?
Some are free and some charge a small one-off fee in the app store. That charge goes to the app maker, not to us.
Can I use a different app to the one you suggest?
Usually yes, as long as it accepts the kind of login we issue. Ask us if you are not sure.
Still stuck? Open a ticket and tell us what you tried, which device, and what time of day it happens. That gets a useful answer faster than "it is not working".
