What is a line, and how many can watch at once?

A line is one simultaneous stream. One line plays one screen at a time.

You can install the app on as many devices as you like with the same line. What you cannot do is watch two different things at the same moment on one line.

So: one person in the house, or a house where only one telly is ever on at once, needs one line. Two people who want different things on a Saturday afternoon need two lines.

Extra lines are cheaper. Two to four lines take twenty per cent off the total, so a second line does not cost the same as the first.

Quick answers

Can I put the app on my phone and my telly?

Yes, on as many devices as you like. The limit is on watching at the same time, not on installing.

What happens if two people use one line at once?

The second stream will not start, or the first will stop. Add a line if that happens regularly.

Can I add a line later?

Yes. Open a ticket and we will sort it and adjust what you pay.

Still stuck? Open a ticket and tell us what you tried, which device, and what time of day it happens. That gets a useful answer faster than "it is not working".
