What do I need to start watching?
Three things, and you probably have two of them already.
A broadband connection. Ordinary home broadband is fine. There is nothing to install on the outside of the house and nobody needs to visit.
A device you already own. A smart TV, a streaming stick, a set-top box, a phone, a tablet, a laptop or a web browser. If it can run apps and reach the internet, it will almost certainly work.
A player app, which is free and takes a couple of minutes to install. We tell you which one to use for your device when you sign up.
That is it. You do not need a satellite dish, an aerial, a contract, or any equipment from us.

Do I need to buy a box from you?
No. The service runs on devices you already own. We do not sell hardware.
Does someone have to come to the house?
No. There is nothing to install on the building. You install an app and sign in.
How fast does my broadband need to be?
Ordinary Irish home broadband is fine for HD. For 4K on several screens at once you will want more headroom, and a wired connection helps more than raw speed does.
